Biography
Ying Lu is a Ph.D. student in Operations Management at Trinity Business School. She received her second Master’s degree in Data Analytics from the University College Dublin School of Mathematics and Statistics, and her first Master’s degree in marketing from Trinity Business School. Ying's current research interests focus on fluid teams and mobility networks, particularly their impact on organizational performance, with a specific emphasis on public transportation safety management. Ying has also been engaged as a research assistant on a collaborative project between the Trinity College Dublin School of Psychology and Trinity Business School, funded by Enterprise Ireland. This project explores the definition and implementation of Human-Centred Artificial Intelligence in Strategic Intelligent Work (SIW) within the financial services sector. Her co-authored conference paper was presented at the Irish Academy of Management Conference.
