Biography
Indri is a PhD researcher at Trinity Business School and her research focuses on Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM), exploring areas such as skill formation systems and AI adoption in SHRM. Prior to her doctoral studies, Rizky built a decade-long career as a professional banker in Indonesia.
