Biography
Julinda Schroeder is a multidisciplinary professional with over 30 years of leadership experience in publishing, editorial management, and professional communications.
As a first-year PhD researcher at Trinity Business School, she is undertaking a cross-national comparative analysis of Ireland and South Africa to examine how national and institutional contexts shape age stereotypes and their implications for HRM policy and practice. Julinda’s growing interest in diversity, equity and inclusion stems from completing an MBA in Human Resource Management with First Class Honours at Dublin Business School.
