Shuhan Zong

Biography

Shuhan Zong is a PhD student at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. Her research explores algorithmic management and platform work, with a particular interest in worker well-being.

She holds an MSc in Financial Investment Management with Distinction from the University of Liverpool. Her professional experience includes auditing at PwC, employee relations at Tencent, credit risk management at China Resources, and participation in a research project on science and technology funding at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. These diverse experiences have provided her with insights into organisational practices and employee experiences, shaping her interest in how management practices influence workers’ well-being.
