Biography

My research focuses on the integration of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with advanced analytical techniques, particularly in the application of machine learning and predictive analytics to traditionally explanatory models. I aim to refine and extend the methodological rigor of PLS-SEM across multiple domains such as Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Organizational Behaviour.

Van Tien Le is a PhD Candidate in Business Analytics at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. His research focuses on advancing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) by integrating it with cutting-edge analytical techniques. He applies this methodology across a variety of domains, including Human Resources Management, Marketing, Operations Management, and Organizational Behavior. By exploring the intersection of AI, data analytics, and predictive modeling, Van Tien seeks to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges in both academic and industrial contexts.
