Biography
Siobhán Diglas began her PhD at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin in 2024, following the completion of her MSc in Entrepreneurship at Trinity. Her research is focused on Digital Transformation in Agricultural Family Businesses, which is inspired by her personal connection to her family’s farming enterprise. Siobhán’s work is grounded in Action Design Research and aims to uncover the key challenges and barriers these agricultural family businesses face in adopting digital technologies. By investigating these issues, she seeks to provide actionable solutions that can drive innovation and growth in this vital sector of the economy.
