Biography
I have a Masters degree from Cranfield University and am currently studying for a PhD in the field of Organisational Behaviour. Currently, the main topics explored are about well-being, emotions, and workplace bullying. I am particularly interested in how to control undesirable factors in the workplace to ensure the well-being of employees. As a hobby, I founded and run a music production group that produces rock and electro-pop music to offer to organisations or individuals in need.
