Biography
Anika is a PhD candidate in Human Resources at Trinity Business School. Her current research focuses on career inclusion for non-traditional and non-regular employees, such as refugees. Prior to her PhD, she was a university lecturer in Bangladesh, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate modules in organizational behavior, strategic management, and human resource management. Anika also has significant professional experience as a People and Culture Manager at multinational firms in the telecom, consultancy, and design industries in Bangladesh.
She holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Macquarie University, Australia and completed her undergraduate studies at North South University, Bangladesh, with dual majors in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Anika aspires to continue her career in the Human Resource field as an academic in the future.
