Biography
Amogha Ammava-Sudarshan is engaged in advanced research at Trinity College Dublin, focusing on AI adoption in organisations. Her research delves into sociotechnical perspectives, particularly how AI tools with varying levels of autonomy impact organisational structures and operations. By bridging the gap between technology and human interaction, her work provides critical insights into how businesses can effectively integrate AI systems while fostering innovation.
Amogha holds master’s degrees in AI Engineering and Business Administration, which equip her with a strong foundation in both technical development and business strategy. Before joining Trinity College Dublin, she served as a Research and Pedagogical Assistant at Grenoble Ecole de Management, contributing to Erasmus+ projects and conducting research on AI-based tools in the workplace. In this role, she played a pivotal part in executing large-scale experiments and studies focused on the adoption of AI, while also supporting faculty with pedagogical development.
Her previous roles include working as a Machine Learning Developer at Aiddition Technologies, where she applied cutting-edge AI techniques, such as developing a CNN algorithm to classify real-time data from mmWave RADAR, ultimately leading to the deployment of an embedded systems product. As a Project Analyst at HugoByte AI Labs, she managed technical projects, identified key roadblocks, and enabled teams to maximise their performance. Amogha’s early experience as a Program Associate at Live-in-Labs further honed her ability to coordinate high-volume, multidisciplinary projects aimed at driving social impact.
Her research and professional experience have been showcased at international conferences, including the Bled eConference. Amogha’s unique blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and research acumen positions her as a key voice in the field of AI adoption in organisations.
