Biography

Siobhan is Academic Programme Director and Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Trinity Business School (Executive education). She is also the founder of IntegratedThinking, offering support to businesses who want to drive revenue growth through a clear and sustainable product strategy and value proposition. With hands-on experience in growing product, solution and service revenues and building market- and product- focused companies, Siobhan's hands-on mentoring and coaching experience has helped businesses to:

  1. Understand and engage with their target market,
  2. Align product, solution or service strategy with corporate objectives and market need,
  3. Prioritise resource investment using informed decision making,
  4. Differentiate and innovate in a competitive market.

Siobhan has over 25 years’ experience in the technology sector, with her most recent corporate role as VP of Product Management at a technology company. She uses the many transferrable skills that she developed in the technology sector to now work with SMEs from across multiple industry sectors, with a specific focus on key elements of strategic marketing and product & service strategy.

She has an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching, and the QQI Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics – Kingstown College. She is also a trained practitioner of Robert Curphy’s Rocket Model of Team Coaching, is certified as 6 Team Conditions practitioner and is a Team Coach with Trinity Business School’s MBA programme.
