Prof Dr Richard Keegan Be CEng® MComm, PhD FIEI® Adjunct Associate Professor of Lean Operations Excellence, Trinity Business School, Trinity College, Dublin. 28 years worked in Enterprise Irealnd, retired in October 2018. Created and delivered National Lean Business offer to build competitive capability of Irish Business, shared approach with IDA, Local Enterprise Offices, Teagasc and Board Bia. Formed a National Directory of Operations Improvement capability. EU Japan for Industrial Co-Operation, supports Lean In Europe and World Class manufacturing best practice sharing in Europe and Japan. Works with companies Internationally to develop capability. Supported Slaintecare programme in 2019 in developing a capacity building activity.
