Biography

Mary Rose Greville is the Brendan McDonald Professor of Leadership and Organisational Behaviour at Trinity Business School. She has research, teaching and consulting experience in leadership during changing and ambiguous situations, and in building high-performing teams in a multi-cultural environment.

From 1991 to 1996 Mary Rose was Professor of Organisational Behaviour in IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland, where she taught on IMD’s Executive Education programmes, and on the Program for Executive Development (PED) and on the Mobilising People (MP) Programme. From 1996 until 2004 she was Professor of Leadership and Organisational Behaviour at Theseus/EDHEC, Nice, France.

She has been a consultant to numerous companies, including ABN-AmR0, Accenture, Alpharma, Akzo-Nobel, Boehringer Ingelheim, DSM, Eircom, Ernst & Young, Hibernian Insurance Group, ICI, ING Group, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, Nestle SA, Robeco Group, Schindler, Stora-Enso, Volkswagen Group, Volvo, Tetra-Pak, TSB, and many more. She has also worked extensively with the World Bank in Africa and India, and with UNESCO in Paris, France.
