Throughout the programme, students engage with industry speakers and thought leaders on topics such as building high-performing teams, leading through change, developing resilience, and navigating group dynamics.

Live Company Projects

A key feature of the Trinity MBA is its strong emphasis on applied learning. All students complete a Strategic Company Project and have the option to undertake two additional consulting projects as electives: the Social Enterprise Project and the Scaling Project.

These projects offer students direct engagement with partner companies, providing hands-on experience in addressing real business challenges. Across all three projects, students work closely with companies to develop strategic recommendations and deliver meaningful impact.

International Residency Weeks

There are two optional week-long international residency electives in South Africa and Belgium.

1. Leuven Institute, Belgium
   Study in the heart of Europe. Our elective module in Negotiating for Value is held in the historic 400-year-old Leuven Institute for Ireland in Europe. The weeklong residency week also include experiential learning including a field trip to the European Commission and Parliament.
2. Cape Town, South Africa
   Experience business in one of the largest economies in Africa. This one-week elective module in Management and Sustainability is held in the University of Cape Town. During the week, students will meet entrepreneurs in local townships, visiting Fair Trade communities, local artisans and non-profit businesses who focus on sustainability and stewardship of our communities.
