HR Service Centre
The HR Service Centre provides dedicated front line support, looking after the personal HR queries of an entire university with some 4,700 staff members.
The HR Service Centre, located on the second floor of Trinity Central, 152-160 Pearse Street, is a one-stop shop for all employment-related queries from staff, including retired, prospective and former staff.
The team aims to resolve as many queries as possible at the first point of contact, escalating queries to the relevant section within HR if they are not in a position to answer the query.
Among the most common enquiries are those relating to staff ID cards, payroll, pensions, contracts and various types of leaves
A key benefit of the HR Service Centre is that it is a one-stop shop – staff members can contact the Service Centre, rather than contacting different areas within Human Resources. The Service Centre team offers an increased level of service to resolve queries as efficiently and effectively as possible.
During the Covid -19 restrictions the HR Service Centre are unable to facilitate walk-ins. However, our team are available for all your employment-related queries via Telephone or Email.
