Advancing your Research Career (ARC)
Online Learning
Online Learning via Blackboard
The online component of the ARC programme consists of ten interactive modules delivered through Blackboard. These modules explore the key capabilities that underpin effective research leadership and career development, helping participants to articulate their career goals and build a strong professional knowledge base.
Through opportunities for critical reflection, self-assessment and goal setting, researchers are encouraged to consider what leadership means within their own disciplinary context and to develop a clear and informed strategy for their future career progression.
To successfully complete this element of the programme and qualify for the ARC Certificate, participants must achieve an overall grade of 70% or higher across the online modules.
