The online programme comprises ten interactive modules that explore the key capabilities underpinning successful research leadership. Through a combination of practical activities, case studies, critical reflection and goal setting, participants are encouraged to develop a deeper understanding of leadership within their own research context and to create a clear strategy for their future career development.

To receive a certificate of module completion, you must achieve a grade of 70% or higher in the Epigeum online modules.
