Blended working refers to a combination of working from the employer's work premises and working remotely. This definition is being used across the public sector.
For us in Trinity, we have developed a principle-based policy, which is being piloted, which will allow for the greatest level of flexibility and ownership in Schools and Departments. Our Blended Working pilot and policy will be considered by the senior leadership of the University in the new academic year, with the pilot continuing until this has been completed.
This website provides information on Blended working, what the policy is, what type of roles/work is covered by this policy and how blended working arrangements can be agreed. These pages should give you all the information you need, but if there are further queries do reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would ask that you do take time to read through the policy and familiarise with all the content before you reach out.
