Blended working refers to a combination of working from the employer's work premises and working remotely. This definition is being used across the public sector.
For us in Trinity, we have developed a principle-based policy, which will allow for the greatest level of flexibility and ownership in Schools and Departments. This policy is being piloted up to the end of the academic year in 2023 (August 2023).
