Programme Structure
The Full-time MBA is delivered primarily on campus over three academic terms:
- Terms 1 & 2: Students complete a comprehensive suite of 8 core modules, combining approximately 14 hours of in-class instruction per week with hands-on, real-world learning through the Strategic Company Project.
- Term 3: Students tailor their experience by selecting from a range of elective modules and project-based learning opportunities.

Electives
Students choose from a mix of elective options to tailor their MBA experience:
Options include;
- Two additional consultancy projects, the Social Enterprise Project and the Scaling Project,
- Two international study trips - Belgium and South Africa*,
- A selection of industry-focused modules covering cutting-edge topics.
This flexible structure allows students to customise their learning journey while building both academic depth and practical experience.

Michaelmas Term (September - December)
Your MBA journey begins with a unique, immersive Induction Week. You’ll kick off your leadership and career development, build lasting bonds with classmates, and take part in in core team-building activities. This is a compulsory part of the programme.
Every great strategy lives or dies by its organisational design. Drawing on two centuries of management thinking, you will learn how to create structures that drive performance today and adapt for tomorrow. This module provides the conceptual foundation for the Strategic Company Project and informs every function-specific module that follows, equipping you to turn strategy into structure that will enabling fast, and flexible ways of working while also considering how organisations collaboratively creates value with partners.

This module introduces the fundamental concepts of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial management, equipping you with the practical skills to interpret financial data, assess performance, and make strategic decisions. Whether you are new to accounting or building on prior knowledge, this module provides a hands-on approach to understanding financial statements, budgeting, investment appraisal, and corporate finance. Students learn to use financial information not just to record performance, but to drive it.

Hilary Term (January - April)

Through hands-on projects and conceptual exploration, you will gain both the technical fluency and managerial insight needed to consider ethical responsibilities in data-rich environments.

You will learn to navigate complex market environments and build strategies that serve both customer needs and business goals. Sessions combine strategic frameworks with hands-on application, including proposing a marketing strategy for an existing organisation.

Trinity Term (May - June)
