Programme Overview

The Trinity Senior Executive Pathway Programme is an intensive, five-day immersive experience designed to prepare senior executives for the pivotal transition into C-suite leadership.

In an era of unprecedented disruption, the transition to senior leadership is the most challenging journey a leader will undertake. The skills that guarantee functional success are merely the foundation for the enterprise-level mindset required to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems, drive transformative change and build enduring value.
