In an era of unprecedented disruption, the transition to senior leadership is the most challenging journey a leader will undertake. Simply managing the enterprise is no longer enough; the modern C-suite executive must lead with a vision that creates a lasting, positive legacy.

The Trinity Senior Executive Pathway Programme is designed to address these challenges by blending academic rigour with real-world insights. It equips participants with the strategic acumen, political intelligence, and personal resilience required to thrive at the highest levels of organisational leadership.

Learning Objectives

On successful completion of the programme, participants will be able to:

  • Lead with Resilience: Critically evaluate their own leadership impact through 360-degree feedback and coaching, developing the self-awareness and emotional intelligence required at the executive level.

  • Communicate with Influence: Cultivate superior executive presence and communication skills appropriate for engaging and persuading the Board, investors, and the wider market, especially during moments of crisis.
