Biography

Sourav Sengupta is an Assistant Professor of Operations and Sustainable Systems at Trinity Business School. Before joining Trinity, he was an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London. Sourav holds a dual-badge Ph.D. in Operations Management from a joint research program between the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (India) and Monash University (Australia). He also holds a B.Tech. in Information Technology and an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Management. Sourav's research sits at the intersection of supply chain planning, Industry 4.0 technologies, and sustainability. His work has been published in journals including the International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Journal of Supply Chain Management, Computers in Industry, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, The Service Industries Journal, and Computers & Industrial Engineering.
