Seán Brady

Biography

Dr. Seán Brady is a scholar practitioner specialising in strategy, digital transformation, and technology innovation. He is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Trinity Business School, where he leads the ‘International Consulting Project’ module within the MSc International Management programme specialising in industry focused postgraduate education.

Dr. Brady brings several decades of senior global leadership experience from IBM, where he held multiple executive roles, including Senior Partner and Global Vice President. He led large international teams and major enterprise initiatives across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT transformation.

His research focuses on technology strategy, organisational capability development, and value creation in the digital economy, with a particular interest in how large organisations adopt emerging technologies. He is actively engaged in bridging academia and industry through teaching, research, and collaboration, and contributes to professional and public discourse on the future of technology.
