Seminar Title: Putting AI into Practice: Hands-on with AI-Powered Research Tools

Abstract: This workshop invites participants to engage with hands-on interactive sessions, exploring advanced AI tools that facilitate literature review, data curation, and hypothesis generation. Through live demonstrations and guided exercises, participants will learn how to seamlessly integrate these AI-powered tools into their research workflows, optimizing their research productivity and enhancing the overall quality of their work.

Bio: Mauricio Marrone researches the transformative effects of artificial intelligence on the workforce and higher education, examining how AI-driven automation reshapes job markets, alters skill requirements, and drives curriculum change. An award-winning educator, he serves on the editorial boards of the Australian Journal of Management, Journal of Information Systems Education, and Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal, with publications in leading journals including the European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and Information and Management.
