Leadership Development 1 - Build skills for great people and operational management (with take-away toolkit)

Course Overview

This programme equips participants to manage people, performance, and teams while developing self-awareness and agile thinking. Interactive and practical in nature, participants will leave with clear action plans, stronger confidence in their management role.

Participants will take away a comprehensive toolkit/framework to effectively navigate people and operational workplace demands.

Audience

  • AO1 who are new to people management, AO2, AO3, and Academic, Research or Technical staff currently in leadership roles for whom the learning outcomes are relevant as agreed with the person to whom they report.
  • Individuals in early stages of their people and operational management roles, (typically managing individuals or a team)
  • Individuals in management positions for whom ‘people management aspect’ is relatively new (<2 years)
  • All programmes are open to Trinity employees in management roles seeking to refresh skills.
