The programme fits alongside a full-time career, combining strategic thinking, real-world application, and peer learning that challenges and inspires.

It offers a rigorous and practical learning experience, giving students the tools to tackle real business challenges as they go. Students sharpen their strategic mindset, grow as leaders, and gain a broader global perspective, equipping them to drive meaningful change within their organisations.

A Flexible, High-Impact Commitment

Delivered part-time over two years, the Trinity Executive MBA is designed so students can balance academic learning with their professional responsibilities. Classes take place two evenings a week, with additional sessions on selected Saturdays.

Leadership Development

Leadership development is a core part of the curriculum, delivered through dedicated modules that focus on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and practical leadership skills. These modules are designed to help students become authentic and effective leaders.

Throughout the MBA, students also hear from industry speakers on key leadership topics, including resilience, building high-performing teams, navigating personal change, and understanding group dynamics.

Live Company Projects

Applied learning is a key feature of the Executive MBA programme. All students are required to complete a Strategic Company Project and can choose up to two additional projects as electives: the Social Enterprise Project and the Scaling Project. These consulting projects offer direct engagement with partner companies and give students hands-on experience solving real business challenges.
