Dublin University Climbing Club hosts outdoor trips every year across Ireland, where climbers from beginner to advanced levels can climb in scenic spots throughout the country, including The Mourne Mountains, The Burren and Glendalough.
Our club was the overall winner of Irish Rock Climbing Intervarsities 2017, 2018, and 2019 and also the winner in the Men's Advanced and Men's Novice categories of Irish Rock Climbing Intervarsities 2020. Our club teaches new climbers to belay, top rope, and lead climb every year, so no prior climbing experience is needed. Our bi-weekly club sessions are also a great place to make new friends and have a laugh, as well as to learn more about the sport and be active.
