Fitness courses
Lift and Lean
Course: Six-week course with sessions twik on ce a weeTuesday and Thursday evenings at 6.30-7.30pm
Cost: Members: €120 or Non-Members: €130
Lift & Lean is a structured strength training programme designed to help you build confidence in the gym, improve lifting technique, and develop long-term strength.
Each session focuses on key compound lifts including squats, deadlifts, presses, and accessory movements, with progressive coaching throughout the course. The emphasis is on learning how to move well, build control, and gradually increase strength in a safe and structured environment.
This course is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to lifting or looking to refine your technique and progress your strength training.
TRYKA Prep
Course: Eight-week course with sessions twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5.30-6.30pm
Cost: Members: €160 or Non-Members: €170
TRYKA Prep is an 8-week conditioning course designed to improve overall fitness, endurance, and performance.
TRYKA is Ireland’s hybrid fitness race series, similar in style to HYROX, combining running with functional workout stations such as sled pushes, carries, rowing, ski erg, lunges, and burpee-based movements. Participants can compete individually or in pairs, making the event accessible to different fitness levels and preferences.
This course is designed to prepare you for these demands through structured conditioning sessions that build aerobic capacity, strength endurance, and the ability to perform under fatigue. Sessions focus on pacing, engine development, and functional movement patterns to improve overall performance.
You do not need to be competing in TRYKA to take part - it’s also a great option for anyone simply looking to improve their fitness and conditioning in a structured environment.
Hyrox S&C at Trinity Sport
Hyrox S&C is a strength and conditioning style fitness class, designed to help you build power, endurance, and all-round fitness. Inspired by the global Hyrox movement, this class is suitable for everyone - from complete beginners to seasoned athletes.
Each session combines rowers and floor-based exercises, challenging your strength, stamina, and technique. Every class varies, with a mix of upper body, lower body, and full-body days - keeping your training fresh, exciting, and effective.

- Class fees will not be refunded unless the class is cancelled or rescheduled.
