With eleven years of experience in the fitness industry and expertise in a wide variety of disciplines, Hugo Casarin is now offering personal training sessions at Trinity Sport. Our personal training service offers one-on-one attention and customized programs to meet your specific goals and needs. Work directly with experienced coach Hugo Casarin to improve your fitness, strength, and endurance. Together, you'll monitor your progress and adjust the program as needed, ensuring effective and lasting results.

Whether you're looking to get lean, gain muscle mass, improve your health, or prepare for a competition, Hugo is ready to support and challenge you to achieve your personal goals.

Fitness Course - Learn to Lift with Hugo Casarin 

Programme Information

Everyone regardless of their fitness level can benefit from this course for building strength and ensuring form to prevent injuries.  

The course will run for six weeks (two evenings per week) starting from Tuesday, 8th October in the ancillary hall: 

Tuesday and Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Fitness Course - Lift and Lean with Hugo Casarin 

Programme Information

Our program Lift and Lean is a mix of strength training with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), in which you can expect an increase in muscle mass and significant calorie burn. The course will boost your fitness and improve your overall physique.

Each session begins with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare your body for a thorough workout. Our strength training segment includes classic exercises such as lunges, bench presses, rows, squats, pull-ups, and targeted core workouts to ensure a well-rounded and effective routine. This is followed by a unique HIIT session, guaranteed to make you sweat and burn calories.

Starting from Monday, 7th October at 17:30 at Trinity Sport Ancillary Hall. The course will run for six weeks (two evenings per week): 

Course one: 

Monday, 17:30 - 18:30 and Wednesday, 17:30 - 18:30

Course two: 

Tuesday, 18:30 - 19:30 and Thursday, 18:30 - 19:30.

Fitness Course - Strong legs, core and glutes  

Programme Information

This programme is designed to improve your strength and form in critical areas. In this course, we focus on strength exercises such as Bulgarian squats, band exercises, hip thrusters, and cyclists squats, along with other classic leg movements. This will increase the power in your legs and glutes and ensure these muscles provide a steady base for a wide array of functional movements.

Starting Monday, 7th October at 18:30 at Trinity Sport Centre Ancillary Hall. The course will run for six weeks (two evenings per week): 

Monday 18:30 - 19:30 and Wednesday 18:30 - 19:30

Hugo Casarin is a renowned coach with 12 years of experience in CrossFit, Personal Training, and Performance Nutrition. He currently works at Trinity College, where he excels in developing fitness courses, helping students and professionals achieve their health goals. Hugo is also the creator of a popular fitness blog in Brazil, nerdfit.com.br (available in Portuguese only). With vast experience, he has worked with major brazilian celebrities and is a respected figure in the fitness world.
