Three members of the Trinity College Dublin community are representing Ireland at the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026. Trinity Sport Scholarship student, Georgina Dempsey, and Trinity Alumni, Leah Paul and Rebecca Stokell have been selected as part of the Irish Women's Cricket Team squad competing at the tournament in England and Wales.
Ireland have been drawn in Group 2 alongside West Indies, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and Scotland. The tournament, which began on 12 June, runs until 5 July and marks Ireland's fifth appearance at the Women's T20 World Cup.
Ireland's campaign got underway on 13 June with a defeat to Scotland at the historic Old Trafford Cricket Ground. The team returns to action on 16 June against England in Hampshire. The top two teams from each group will progress to the semi-final stage.

- 27 June 2026: Ireland Women v West Indies Women – T20I (Bristol; starts 2.30pm)
