The Advancing your Research Career: Strategies for Research Leadership (ARC) programme is a researcher development initiative delivered by Trinity College Dublin's HR Learning and Development and Research Support teams. Developed through a unique process of international collaboration with leading universities and research experts, ARC is designed to support researchers in navigating and advancing their careers with confidence.
The programme is built around content from Epigeum, a leading provider of online learning for higher education. Epigeum's researcher development programmes have been created in consultation with universities worldwide, including Trinity College Dublin, ensuring that the content reflects the evolving demands of contemporary research careers.

ARC supports researchers in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to thrive in today's research environment. The programme focuses on strengthening capabilities in research leadership, career management, collaboration, communication, engagement and professional development.
