Festive period arrangements
The HR Service Centre will be closed for walk-ins and in-person appointments on the following dates:
- Monday 22nd December 2025
- Tuesday 23rd December 2025
- Friday 2nd January 2026
The HR Service Centre remains fully open for email and phone queries on these days.
2026 arrangements
From Monday 5 January 2026, the HR Service Centre will move to revised opening hours of 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday for walk-in and in-person appointments.
Email and phone channels remain open from 9am to 5pm.
The HR team continues to focus on providing a high-quality, accessible service to all colleagues. Support is available through multiple channels, including phone +353 1 896 3333, email hr@tcd.ie and walk-in support, with no appointment required during opening hours.
Please be advised that we do not operate an internal phone system. As such, we cannot transfer calls to individual staff members, different departments, or extensions outside of the HR Service Centre. If you wish to speak directly to a specific team or staff member in HR, please reach out to them via their email address to arrange a call back or contact us at hr@tcd.ie and we will pass your enquiry onto the appropriate staff member.
