The School of Education is delighted to congratulate Dr Donatella Camedda and Ms Iseult Ní Chonchúir on their success at the 2026 Trinity Teaching Awards, recognising their outstanding contributions to teaching and learning at Trinity College Dublin.

Announced by Provost Linda Doyle at a ceremony held in the Provost's House on 12th June, the annual Trinity Teaching Awards celebrate colleagues whose dedication, innovation, and commitment continue to enrich the student learning experience across the University.
Dr Camedda received both an Inspiring Educator Award and a University Excellence in Teaching Award, recognising her sustained commitment to educational excellence, innovative teaching practice, and the positive impact she has on students, colleagues, and the wider Trinity community.
Ms Ní Chonchúir was recognised with an Inspiring Educator Award for her dedication to teaching excellence, her commitment to student learning, and the inspiring contribution she makes to the School and the wider University community.
The Inspiring Educator Awards recognise colleagues who inspire students, champion excellence in teaching, and encourage innovation in educational practice. The University Excellence in Teaching Awards honour exceptional and sustained contributions to teaching and learning that have a lasting impact on students, colleagues, and the wider University community.
These awards reflect the School of Education's ongoing commitment to delivering outstanding education and fostering an engaging, inclusive, and innovative learning environment.
