Trinity Sport Movember 2025 illustrative posterThis November, Trinity Sport is proud to support Movember, the leading global charity changing the face of men’s health. The Movember charity and movement exist to stop men dying too young by tackling some of the most complex health issues facing men today including mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Throughout the month, Trinity Sport will host a variety of free events designed to bring the Trinity community - men and allies - together in support of these vital causes with donating to Movember strongly encouraged!  Each event encourages participants to get moving, connect with others and prioritise mental wellbeing - from spin classes and mindfulness sessions to creative workshops and seminars.

Donate to the Trinity Sport Movember campaign

The campaign kicks off with free weekly spin classes and conversations with refreshments on Thursdays and continues with a weekly programme of free events on Tuesdays including a Mindfulness Meditation Class on Tuesday 11 November and a free seminar on "Beyond the Mo: Movember, sport and keeping the conversation going" on Wednesday 26 November.  The month will culminate in the TCD Sport spinathon on Thursday 27 November, a full day of cycling in solidarity and to fundraise for men’s health.

New date: Wednesday 26 November, 6:30-8pm Beyond the Mo: Movember, sport and keeping the conversation going Uí Chadhain Theatre, Arts Building Join us for a free and engaging "in conversation" event exploring mental health, community engagement and the power of sport featuring expert insights from Atlantic Fellow at the Global Brain Health Institute, Trinity College and former GAA Community & Health manager Colin Regan, Irish international rugby star and Trinity Sport ambassador Linda Djougang, and Jack O’Connell, chairperson of TCD Movember and Captain of Dublin University Harriers & Athletics Club (DUHAC), facilitated by Chuck Rashleigh, chartered counselling psychologist.  All are welcome! Thursday 27 November, 7am-10pm TCD Sport spinathon Trinity Sport Centre Join us for an all-day spinathon in solidarity and to fundraise for men’s health this Movember!  Join us on our spin bikes for a few minutes or even a few hours between 7am and 10pm or donate to support a great cause! No booking necessary - just come along!
