This November, Trinity Sport is proud to support Movember, the leading global charity changing the face of men’s health. The Movember charity and movement exist to stop men dying too young by tackling some of the most complex health issues facing men today including mental health, suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
Throughout the month, Trinity Sport will host a variety of free events designed to bring the Trinity community - men and allies - together in support of these vital causes with donating to Movember strongly encouraged! Each event encourages participants to get moving, connect with others and prioritise mental wellbeing including spin classes, mindfulness sessions, an "in conversation" event on mental health, community engagement and the power of sport on Wednesday 26 November and culminating with a spinathon on Thursday 27 November in solidarity with and to fundraise for men’s mental health and health issues.
