Ready to take your training to the next level? Join our targeted small-group fitness courses, designed to help you get stronger, leaner, and move better. Courses are run twice a week over six-week blocks, giving you consistent coaching and support to reach your goals.

Course options

Lift and Lean: Build full-body strength and improve body composition with structured, progressive training. Perfect for anyone looking to tone up, build strength, and feel more confident.

Strong Legs and Core: Focus on powerful legs and a strong, stable core. Ideal for athletes, regular gym-goers, and anyone wanting to improve strength and injury resilience.

Learn to Lift: New to the gym or want to master your technique? Learn correct lifting form for exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows. Build strength safely and confidently.

General Course Details

  • Two sessions per week over six weeks
  • Location: Ancillary Hall or High Performance Room
  • Schedule:
    • 5:30 PM – Lift and Lean
    • 6:30 PM – Strong Legs and Core
    • 6:30 PM – Learn to Lift
    • Mondays & Wednesdays
    • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Note: Two week break from 13th–26th October
