Lift and Lean

Course: Six-week course with sessions twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5.30-6.30pm

Strong Legs, Glutes and Core

Course: Six-week course with sessions twice a week on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6.30-7.30pm

Dates: Starting Monday 13 April March

Cost: Members: €120 or Non-Members: €130

Strong Legs, Core and Glutes focuses exclusively on lower body and core strength. The emphasis is on building a strong, stable foundation through proper technique and progressive loading. This course is particularly suitable for anyone experiencing lower back, knee, or hip discomfort, or for those who feel their lower body strength and core stability need improvement. This is a strength-based course with no cardio component.

Learn to Lift

Course: Six-week course with sessions twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6.30-7.30pm

Dates: Starting Tuesday 14 April.

Cost: Members: €120 or Non-Members: €130

Learn to Lift is an introductory programme designed for those new to strength training or returning after time away from the gym. The course focuses on teaching the fundamentals of weightlifting in a safe and supportive environment, with close attention to form, technique, and progression.

Participants will learn and practise key movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and other foundational exercises, building both physical strength and confidence.

This course is ideal for beginners, anyone wanting to lift safely and effectively, or those looking to gain confidence to train independently.
