When can I start this Micro-credential?  

There is one intake per year in April, with potential to expand to additional intakes based on demand.  

What do I need to be accepted onto this Micro-credential?   

•    A Level 8 degree or equivalent professional qualification.
•    A minimum of 3 years’ professional or managerial experience in a healthcare or related setting.
•    Up to date CV 
•    Language requirements for students whose first language is not English are IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL IBT 90 for non-native English speakers.  

What will I learn?

•    How to build team structures that support collaboration and shared goals.
•    Leadership approaches for managing performance, conflict, and communication.
•    How to foster an inclusive, feedback-rich, and adaptive team environment.

What will I do? 

•    Participate in leadership simulations, workshops, and team-focused exercises.
•    Apply concepts to real-world scenarios from your own organisation.
•    Complete a reflective report on leadership practices and team development.

How will this Micro-credential be delivered? 

Delivered online but with the flexibility to deliver in-person, if required.

How is this Micro-credential assessed? 

•    Written assignment focused on leadership development and team strategy implementation.
•    Participation in class discussions and exercises may also contribute to assessment.

Admission Requirements

All applicants are required to have a minimum of 3 years professional or managerial work experience (this is in-line with entry criteria for other TBS post-experience postgraduate programmes such as the MBA and Executive MBA programmes).    

Up to date CV required which outlines your previous education, employment history and your places of residence, especially in the past five years.

English Language Requirements

All applicants to Trinity are required to provide official evidence of proficiency in the English language. Applicants to this course are required to meet Band B (Standard Entry) English language requirements.
