Conference Banquet

Join your fellow delegates and keynote speakers on the evening of Wednesday 4 March 2026 for the Trinity Health and Education International Research conference banquet, which will be hosted in the splendour of our historic Dining Hall at Trinity College Dublin.

You can register to attend the banquet when completing your conference registration here.

Drinks reception from 6.30pm to 7pm, followed by the conference banquet 7pm to 10pm. 

Individual dietary requirements will be accounted for. You may specify these when registering to attend.

Oak smoked Irish salmon and red onion ricotta tartlet with a roast pepper dressing

Main

Roast sirloin of Irish beef with baked vine tomato, champ potatoes, green beans and bone marrow reduction

Dessert

Warm chocolate brownie with vanilla ice-cream

Tea and coffee

Wine will be served with the meal
