The series will include nine episodes. In each episode Marie Devitt, TCPID Business Partnerships Manager, School of Education, speaks with some of our TCPID graduates and their colleagues about their experiences of inclusive employment.

This series highlights the importance of genuine inclusion and belonging in the workplace and showcases the impact that this can have upon everyone involved. The goal of this podcast series is to focus on ability and to open up the conversation about inclusive employment across a diverse workforce.

Each episode will feature a different company, showcasing a wide variety of industries and roles. The series is intended to be positive stories of success with incredible insights and recommendations for policy and practice from our graduates and their colleagues.
