Linking with employers

Supporting work-related projects

Several Trinity courses require students to undertake work-related projects as part of their studies. These can range from an undergraduate final year project to one which could form the basis of a Masters or PhD thesis. We can help identify employers who can support such project work.

Delivering skills training

We can link you with employers who are interested in delivering skills training or participating in case study days. We can also advise on suitable topics.

Giving a guest lecture

We can help you identify and source guest lecturers from organisations where the specialist area of their work is relevant to the programmes within your School. Such lectures give insight into the challenges and opportunities in that specific sector and can highlight what skills employers in that sector are looking for.

Arranging site visits

Students can gain a practical insight into the workplace and how it operates though site visits. We can help you identify and sources such opportunities.

Sponsorship

Employers currently sponsor a number of prizes and/or awards on the basis of academic or extra-curricular achievements. This is an excellent opportunity for employers to work closely with Schools and to develop innovative opportunities that benefit students. We can support you in developing sponsorship arrangements.

Employer contacts

Inform us of your employer contacts so that we can more effectively build employer relationships and ensure that the relevant organisation information is registered on MyCareer.
