Pop Up Stand: Meet the Recruiter
We are excited to offer this service to organisations looking to increase their brand awareness and recruitment efforts. This opportunity allows individual employers to engage with students informally and discuss available job opportunities within your organisation.
You will be assigned one or our ‘Recruitment Booths’ in the Arts Building, which includes a table, 2 chairs and electric socket. We recommend you also bring your own pull-up banner (no more than 1 meter wide) and suggest a maximum of 2 representatives from your organisation present at the stand.
Pop Up Recruitment Stands can be booked Tuesday to Thursday lunchtimes from 12-2pm. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for bookings.
Recruiter in Residence
Recruiter in residence sessions are held in the Careers Service offices and allow employers to:
- Meet with students on a one-to-one basis (recommended 15 mins per student)
- Offer practical support such as sharing advice on preparing for interviews and assessment centres
- Provide individual feedback to students on CVs, applications, etc.
- Student attendance is managed by the Careers Service
We will promote your sessions for free via MyCareer and on social media. A cost is incurred if you wish to send a targeted email to specific student groups.
On-campus Interview Rooms
Book one of our offices at the Careers Service to conduct interviews for your company graduate or internship programmes. Our reception will manage students on arrival. Invites to interview are scheduled and communicated to students by you.
