Launch of the School of Engineering Research Strategy 2025–2030

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and contributed to the success of the event.

Trinity's School of Engineering Research Strategy

On March 25th, from 3-5pm, we invited students, staff, partners and industry to our Research Showcase Event at the School of Engineering, Trinity College Dublin.

This event marked the launch of our new Research Strategy, highlighting our commitment to fostering innovation and driving impact.

The event featured presentations from researchers working across the research fields of our School, and showcased innovative projects from our School’s research centres.

Our new Research Strategy is focused on growing our impact responsibly, creating a sustainable innovation ecosystem, and enhancing global communication and impact. We are confident that this vision will contribute significantly to engineering solutions in nature and for society. We will do this by combining our engineering mindset with new tools, technologies and data that will be transformative research to meet the challenging current and future demands.
