Outgoing Students

Many students in the Schools spend half or all of their third year studying at distinguished universities in Europe, Australia, Asia and North America. This is a unique opportunity for students to not only enrich their academic education but also to gain invaluable intercultural, language, social and civic skills. Some of the exchange programmes offer courses through English while others allow students to study abroad through the country’s language. There are a variety of exchange programme types and destinations on offer.

Information Sessions


BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE FOR AN EXCHANGE (For students on exchange in 2023/2024) Please read the Handbook for Outgoing Students for information relevant to Erasmus and Non-EU exchanges. Once students have been accepted and nominated on an exchange they should contact the relevant Exchange Coordinators(s) who can provide advice on modules. Students must also have begun to prepare a learning agreement, in consultation with relevant coordinator(s) prior to departure.

Checklist

The Study Abroad form is multi-choice. You can use the same form to upload the following documents: Pre approved Module, Learning Agreement and Transcripts. Please make sure to fill out the form correctly each time you upload a document. Info Session

Pre-approved Module form Fill-in the "Study Abroad Form" and upload the file in Microsoft Forms 15/08/2023 for Full year and Semester 1 exchanges; 1/12/2023 for Semester 2 exchanges

Fill-in the "Study Abroad Form" and upload the file in Microsoft Forms here. 

Learning Agreement Fill-in the "Study Abroad Form" and upload the document signed by the coordinator(s) & the host university in Microsoft Forms. Any changes to the LA, whilst away, must be agreed upon with coordinators & host university. Attain host university signature, then re-submit to attain coordinator(s) signature via Microsoft Forms 2 weeks after commencement of studies at the host university

Transcripts Fill-in the "Study Abroad Form". When you Obtain academic transcripts from the host university and upload them together with the exchange transcript document in Microsoft Forms As soon as the official transcript from the host university becomes available
