Incoming Students

Whether students are here for a single term, or an entire academic year, we hope their time at Trinity is both fun and academically rewarding.

Modules available to visiting students, in Philosophy, Political Science, Economics and Sociology, are listed here.

An Orientation/Information Session for the School of Social Sciences and Philosophy and Trinity Business School for Term 2 visiting students will be held on Monday 13th January 2025 from 11:00-12:00. Link to Zoom meeting is available here: https://tcd-ie.zoom.us/j/91807922747

    Module Registration

    Incoming students can apply for modules in Economics, Philosophy, Political Science and Sociology as listed here.

    To apply, students should:
    Prior to arriving at Trinity

    • Review the list of available modules as listed here.
    • If the modules you are selecting have quotas or prerequisites please note that module approval is not confirmed or finalised until the coordinator has approved.
    • Please note that module approval is subject to timetabling constraints, students are not permitted to take clashing modules.
