5th annual Poverty, Income Equality, and Living Standards report publishedThe report, jointly-published by the ESRI and Community Foundation Ireland and co-authored by Profs Barra Roantree, Tara Mitchell and PhD student Míde Griffin of the Department of Economics (among others), finds that 20% of children live in families below the poverty line.

Professor Raj Chari Appointed Director of TRiSSCongratulations to Professor Raj Chari on his appointment as Director of TRiSS (TRinity Research in Social Sciences). He will work closely with the Dean of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and member Schools to guide the Centre's strategic vision.
