At the School of Social Sciences and Philosophy, equality, diversity and inclusion are not just values we aspire to, they are principles we actively work to embed in everything we do. We are committed to creating an environment where all staff and students feel welcomed, respected and supported to reach their full potential.

Our commitment

We believe that a diverse and inclusive community makes for a stronger, more vibrant School. Our EDI work spans the full range of equality areas recognised in Irish law, from gender and disability to race, religion, sexual orientation and socio-economic background. We take a structured, evidence-based approach to this work, and we are committed to making real, meaningful progress across all areas.
