Student Prize Ceremony

Each December, the School of Social Sciences and Philosophy gathers to celebrate the academic achievements of its students across Economics, Philosophy, Political Science, and Sociology.

The annual Student Prize Ceremony brings together students, families, staff, alumni, and guests for an evening of celebration in Trinity College Dublin. Prizes are awarded across all four departments, recognising outstanding performance at undergraduate and postgraduate level, alongside recognition of College Foundation Scholars and Gold Medal recipients.

The ceremony reflects the School's belief that achievement deserves to be marked and shared. It is also an opportunity for the wider School community to come together and acknowledge the students who have excelled throughout the year.
