CLU33216 Creative Project
In this module you will produce creative work inspired by your engagement with an aspect of Greek or Roman literature and civilisation. Your project may be a literary translation, a performance, an artefact, artwork, musical composition, creative writing, etc. Supported by the module coordinator you will design, prepare, execute and evaluate your project, individually or in a team, and learn creative, academic, and project management skills.

Learning Outcomes
On successful conclusion of this module, students should be able to:
- Develop and pitch a suitable idea for a meaningful and manageable creative project, identifying appropriate aims, outcomes and outputs
- Write, manage and execute a project plan with tasks, deadlines and deliverables
- Work effectively in a small team (if applicable)
- Critically evaluate ancient texts and/or artistic sources relevant to the project, with attention to their content, genre, style, and the historical and cultural contexts in which they were produced and received
- Evaluate relevant critical and artistic approaches to ancient texts and/or artistic sources relevant to the project
- Conduct a project evaluation and capture learning
