Research Ireland Postdoctoral Fellow

I completed my PhD at University College Dublin (2023) with a project on ‘Sexual Violence in Greek Tragedy’. My PhD was funded by the Irish Research Council, and I received additional support in the form of a travel bursary from the Irish Institute of Hellenic Studies at Athens, which allowed me to spend valuable time in the libraries, museums, and archaeological sites of the city. Before joining Trinity as a postdoctoral fellow, I spent two years lecturing in UCD, where I taught a range of modules on ancient Greek literature and women in antiquity. My current postdoctoral project, funded by Research Ireland, is a monograph based on my PhD thesis.
