Biography

Marcos Sanchez is a Bridge designer and structural Engineer with international experience in major bridge crossings across the world, including award winning iconic structures such as the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Bridge over the River Barrow in New Ross, Mary Elmes pedestrian bridge in Cork, the New Harbor Bridge in Corpus Christy, Texas USA, the Fremantle bridge replacement in Perth, Australia.

He is also invited lecturer in Trinity College Dublin as part of the MSc in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering (module in Cable Supported Bridges) and a member of several technical groups in international organizations such as IABSE and FIB.
