Speech and Language Therapy Transitions of Care from the Acute Setting to Community Services in Ireland: Speech and Language Therapists' Reports of their Patients' Experiences

This survey aims to help fill a gap in the literature regarding transitions of care in SLT services in Ireland. The researchers in this project want to find out what the barriers and facilitators to these transitions of care are.The survey only takes about 4 minutes to complete, so if you are an SLT working in Ireland, we would greatly appreciate you taking time out of your day to fill it out. How radiation treatment affects the Voice.

This is a survey on how radiation therapy affects the voice in individuals with head and neck cancer. The aim is to understand how individuals feel about their voice after radiation therapy, how any voice changes may be impacting their daily living, and how the individual’s perception of their voice aligns with the quality of their voice.
