In-sessional EAP modules
We provide a wide range of weekly in-sessional English language support classes tailored to the needs of all academic disciplines in the university. These modules are available to all registered TCD undergraduates and postgraduates for whom English is not a first language.
With the help of our qualified EAP instructors, you will develop the academic English skills you need for full participation in your course of study, whether for oral presentations, written assignments, examinations, writing up your dissertation or completing your capstone project.
Classes take place daily from Monday to Friday during Michaelmas and Hilary terms. Each module runs for 12 weeks.
These modules are free of charge to all Trinity students. Attendance is strictly monitored in order to ensure that all students have the opportunity to attend their EAP module of choice. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Students may take more than one module where there is availability. The range of modules offered may vary by term and subject to demand.
