‘Your Trinity’ Staff Information Day – 4 October

The Your Trinity staff information day will take place in the Public Theatre (Exam Hall) on Tuesday, 4th October from 9.00am to 4.30pm. This event will give staff members the opportunity to find out more about the many benefits and opportunities available to Trinity staff.
There will be a range of information stands on the day, with representation from the following:

As well as the expertise available at the information stands, there will be a series of 20-minute Wellbeing talks throughout the day as follows:

12.30pm Mindfulness
1.30pm Active Lifestyle
2.30pm Nutrition for Life
